1. Return Eligibility

A product is eligible for return if:

  • The return request is raised within15 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging, and invoices are intact

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Timeframe

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Refund Process & Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout

Please note that bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.


4. Exchange Options

We offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, you may choose between a refund or store credit.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 1 day of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

Specific product categories may also be excluded and will be clearly mentioned on the product page.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping cost

  • For all other eligible returns, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
